This is why Hanah supports photos and videos and can reference and integrate them into documentation. Lyrebird's published material describes audio only.

Allied health is where it runs out. As of writing, Lyrebird's integrations page names no allied health practice management system, and offers copy and paste for everything it does not integrate with.

How each company handles accuracy

Every scribe vendor claims accuracy. As of writing, none publish a methodology you could hold them to — the numbers on offer are time saved per consult, not error rates. We publish a standing accuracy and hallucination report with our methodology, the raw machine-readable data behind every number, and our worst results alongside our best.

We could not find a published error rate or methodology from Lyrebird. The largest independent evaluation we could find is a peer-reviewed trial at Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service across 7,499 consultations, in which 47% of staff reported the scribe producing fabricated clinical information and 20% said it happened frequently. That is clinicians reporting rather than anyone measuring — which is the point. Every ambient scribe hallucinates, ours included; what differs is whether the vendor measures it and shows you the corpus. Ask any vendor you evaluate, us included, for both.

Pricing

Prices move, so check both pricing pages. As of writing: Lyrebird's free plan is metered at 50 consult and dictation actions a month and 10 documents, and states "No EMR Integrations". Unlimited use and integrations sit on Pro at A$160 per clinician per month billed annually, or A$240 per clinician per month month to month. For an allied health practice the tier is the smaller question — there is no Cliniko, Halaxy or Nookal integration to unlock at any price. As a workflow system Hanah is placed inside your PMS, with deep PMS and EHR integrations at all levels.

The bottom line

If all you want is the note, Hanah is one of the best note-writers on the market with industry leading transparency and accuracy - we publish our benchmarks to prove it. But with a note-writer alone you will still be paying separately — in subscriptions or in evenings — for everything the note was supposed to enable: the exercise program, the patient summary, the outcome measures, the forms, the follow-up. Hanah does that work from the same consult, in one product, at one price. That is the product we build — a scribe that stays.
